16檔馬丁可利概念股目標價一覽評析

馬丁可利再刮旋風，自馬丁可利6月初宣布進軍台股並與中信證合辦投資論壇後，馬丁可利點名的17檔個股就展開一股飆風，10日中信證趁勝追擊、宣布調升宏正（6277）與必翔（1729）的投資評等與目標價，可望再掀一波「漲」風。

馬丁可利資產管理（Martin Currie）是大陸A股最大外資投資機構（QFII），也是歐洲著名的法人機構，在其看好陸股狂飆後的台股補漲效應，於6月初宣布進軍台股，並與中信證在6月底合辦中小型股投資論壇，吸引市場高度矚目。

在馬丁可利投資台股效應引爆下，被馬丁可利點名的17檔潛力股6月初以來全數上漲，以邦拓（4107）上漲74.19%最多，勤益（1437）、寶雅（5904）、惠光（6508）、關貿（6183）、瑞傳（6105）等漲幅都在三成以上。

中信證研究部主管朱晏民昨天表示，台股多頭氣盛，噴出行情「一波到底」的機率相當大，預期明年總統大選前一個月，大盤有機會攀升至12,000點左右，雖然短線漲多後震盪難免，但逢回仍要找尋買點。

朱晏民指出，中信證與馬丁可利合辦的投資論壇，點名個股漲幅均超乎預期，部分個股甚至已超過目標價，因此中信證近期會與馬丁可利再度重新評估個股的投資評等，目前則先宣布調升宏正與必翔目標價

July 29 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Ruffle, responsible for co- managing 31 percent of Scottish investment firm Martin Currie Ltd.’s assets, will stop overseeing the funds as of today after an investigation into a conflict of interest.

The move has been agreed by regulators in London and Washington after an examination of transactions in an unlisted convertible bond issued in 2009 by Ugent Holdings Ltd., a Chinese maker of printer cartridges, the Edinburgh-based fund manager said in an e-mailed statement yesterday.

“In light of recommendations made in those reviews, and following extensive dialogues with Chris Ruffle and with our regulators, Martin Currie has concluded that it must now part ways with Chris Ruffle,” Chief Executive Officer Willie Watt said in the statement.

Martin Currie said on May 5 it was in talks with regulators and was helping them with their enquiries. The company, which oversaw 10.1 billion pounds ($16.5 billion) of assets as of June 30, down 11 percent from the end of 2010, said it had resolved the issue with the client concerned.

The bond was bought by Martin Currie for The China Fund Inc., a New York-listed $694 million fund.

Ruffle, 52, was co-managing a little over 3 billion pounds in mutual funds and hedge funds as of June 30. Shifeng Ke, who also runs the funds, will assume Ruffle’s responsibilities, Martin Currie said. Martin Currie is recruiting two new fund managers and a head of research for the region, it said.

Based in Shanghai since 2002, Ruffle started working for Martin Currie in 1994, according to the firm’s website.

In 2006, Ruffle and Ke’s Heartland Capital Management Ltd. formed a venture with Martin Currie. Heartland is planning to exercise its option to buy out Martin Currie in November, the Scottish money manager said in the statement.
